FAQs
You've Got Questions, We've Got Answers!
QUESTION: WHAT'S THE CLASS LENGTH OF TIME?
Each class is 4 hours in duration, 10am to 2pm.
In order to keep an organized schedule, attendance check-in begins at 10am sharp.
QUESTION: ARE THESE MOCK-CURATED TRIPS SAFE FOR CHILDREN ON THE AUTISM SPECTRUM?
Absolutely! In fact, Doctors and Studies have shown that children who have sensory, physical, or cognitive disabilities by having them experience mock-travel and simulations may help with anxiety or other behavior issues with real-life air travel.
QUESTION: WHAT WAS YOUR INSPIRATION TO CREATE THIS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM?
Frankly, our founder was gravely disappointed about the cold hards facts that in many public school educational institutions, they do not integrate a new language or learning more (in-depth) about other cultures until high school (typically during either freshman or sophomore year) when a child is between 14 to 15 years of age.
And let's not kid ourselves (no pun intended) at that point, trying to learn a new language for them is too late!
We desire to bring culture, learning more and about new languages (while hopefully inspiring more children to become multi-lingual) in addition to adding more lifelong valuable soft and social skills that will empower children to thrive in life!
QUESTION: ARE THERE OTHER CULTURES AND TRAVEL DESTINATIONS TO CHOOSE FROM?
Yes! We offer a few immersive curriculum experiences for different cultures that will be shared on a monthly basis via our blog, email list and social media.
The next cultural experience(s) on the schedule are:
Italy
Morocco
Spain
Bali
Thailand

QUESTION: ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR INDEPENDENT LEARNING CENTERS / HOME SCHOOL POD etc?
Absolutely! Kindly send us an email to inquire about bringing our program to your students.
QUESTION: AM I ABLE TO USE MY 529 ACCOUNT or ESA FUNDS TO COVER THE TUITION AND SUPPLIES?
The short answer is Yes.
529 Accounts eligibility states that up to $10,000 annually (in the states that allow) can be used toward K-12 tuition, books and supplies.
Also, certain additional enrollment and attendance costs for beneficiaries with special needs (such as textbooks, supplies and tutoring^).
^ For Coverdell (seeTopic No. 310, Coverdell Education Savings Accounts)
However, we advise your verify your eligibility with your education financial advisor and state guidelines.
We do provide receipts for each student for their educational reimbursement requests.
**Note: This information is not to be substituted for professional tax / financial advise.
QUESTION: WHAT DAYS AND TIMES ARE AVAILABLE?
Class availability is two days a week on either Wednesday or Saturday.
Time: 10am to 2pm.
QUESTION: WHAT IS THE CULTURAL ENTERTAINMENT?
The Cultural Entertainment will vary upon the country we are visiting.
A few examples are a native dance performance, a musical experience (symphony or other traditional musical show), drawing or painting, virtual visit to a museum to explore artifacts etc.
QUESTION: HOW MANY SPACES PER CLASS ARE AVAILABLE?
We intentionally keep our cultural curriculum experiences small and limit the number of students to attend to 25.
QUESTION: ARE PARENTS ABLE TO ATTEND?
Yes! We kindly ask for you to decide if either Mom or Dad will be joining us ( or a designated caregiver such as your nanny or a grandparent etc.) so we do not go over venue space capacity.
Note: You will not be "directly" participating, however, we will have comfortable seating arrangements for you to experience the delight on your children's faces.
QUESTION: ARE PARENTS ABLE TO ENJOY THE 3-COURSE LUNCH AND BEVERAGES?
Yes! If you would like to enjoy the lunch, additional tickets for the meal only, are available for $45.
You may add your meal ticket onto the tuition (listed on the enrollment form) so we may have an accurate head count.
Also, beverages (including: sparkling and still water, iced tea, coffee (both reg and decaf) are included in the base tuition price, so no additional charge for your beverages parents / caregivers!
We understand during the 4 hours you may need an energy boost!
QUESTION: CAN I / WE TAKE PICTURES/ FILM?
Yes, however, with great care and respect for the other children and their privacy.
We ask that you do not use flash photography of any kind and to only film/take pictures of your children (as much as you can) and limit the photos/filming, so not to cause any distractions.
Note: We do have a professional videographer that will be documenting our services for our marketing collateral and promotions, therefore we do require a photography release form to be signed.
However, no child's (or parent's) image or likeness will be posted -- all faces will be blurred out in out editing software -- unless we have your written consent to post your or your children's pictures on our website, blog and social media.
